YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Coordinate the creation and maintenance of Supply Planning (production plan and detailed scheduling) for GI in the short-term period (current month to 12 months), ensuring that all the materials are requested to provide a production planning aligned with the market needs;

Participate on the production capacity analysis in the MPS process, chair the MPS meeting and support Site schedulers, Site Planner, RSMs and the production team to perform alternatives solutions in case of resources bottle necks and to deliver a high flexibility to produce according the needs of the market;

Coordinate and ensure creation and management of Purchase requisitions for raw materials, packaging material and storage tank components and its follow up, call in of materials via site planner and site schedulers and transactional details in order to deliver an effective material management, logistics and warehousing under their responsibility in alignment with BCS and corporate procurement departments;

Solve business challenges resulting from issues at vendor or production level, finding a solution together with procurement, sales, product;

Supply, customers and global colleagues. Regularly exchange information on supplier performance with procurement. Ensure inventory targets and keep in low/zero levels slow movers and dead stock. Act as first point of contact and be the key interface with Plant Operation head, Quality control head, warehouse head, site planners. Manage all the site logistics related processes are optimized, staffed accordingly and performed in a professional manner;

Ensure the necessary training for the people. Support and actively challenge the maintenance of a high-level master data quality via an active Material Master Data maintenance, production related master data maintenance and lead MRP controlling to ensure a high system performance and efficient master data creation;

Enable Product Supply System (PSS) implementation and other continuous improvement activities in order to improve process efficiency and optimize costs. Strive for Safe People and Operations, leading the HSE Culture and Engagement strategies. Develop people to talent pipeline.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Required Graduation Degree or MBA in Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting or related areas;

It’s mandatory to live in Camaçari, Salvador or metropolitan area;

Mandatory experience in production, planning and/or logistics (in-bound and out-bound);

Ability to work with remote and cross-functional teams;

Fluent English and Portuguese. Be able to make presentations, work meetings, influence and negotiate in both languages.
