Working in Camaçari’s Factory, as Regional C&D specialist, you are reporting for the central Machine Technology Area (MTA) of Final Finish and Product Enrichment at Continental Tires Hannover (Germany) supporting projects in the Americas region. Responsabilidades e atribuições

Service and maintenance support Manage a 24/7 breakdown support

Specify, standardize and optimize competitive manufacturing technologies for Final Finish and Product Enrichment equipment under consideration of latest product and process requirements (tire design, quality, environmental ergonomy, process cost (TCO), sustainability and safety aspects.

Develop, implement & maintain business systems that support tire manufacturing processe.

Evaluate machine/equipment request in terms of technical compliance & invest/cost needs from tire plant

Evaluate supplier quotation, implement and acceptance of competitive production technology including comissioning and ramp-up.

Perform the development, realization and roll-out of upgrade concepts for older production equipment to avoid significant investments

Project Management:
Participate and fullfill dedicated project deliverables according to the requirement given by the project manager.

Lead projects (machine development projects) by respecting time, budget and methods.

Requisitos e qualificações

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

Completed higher education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation;

Strong experience with Programming (TiA Portal) and Web-technologies;

Strong experience with Siemens PLC;

Advanced Networks and SQL Database Management;

Project Management Skills;

Advanced English.

YOU STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

Experience with Beckhoff PLC;

Overall knowledge of tire production process (PLT & TT from Mixing to FFE).
