Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
Communicate to customers and reps on deliverables and resolving of additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.

Engage in regional customer support activities (may include office administration and other support duties dependent on region/department).
Being an active student
Student or degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics or Business Administration or similar
Continuous learning, tolerance to frustration, detail orientation and teamwork
Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills
Negative drug test result(s)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Customer Service oriented
English language proficiency at a basic level
Proactive, Self-directed, Attention to Detail and ability to perform repetitive work
Desirable to have a vehicle
