Client Relationship Manager

Senior Client Relationship Manager
Main responsibilities/ activities:
We are looking for a Senior IT Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for maintaining high client retention through close customer relationship, responsiveness and creative problem solving; attend to customer inquiries on demand; responsible for customer service ratings for the assigned Client portfolio. This colleague will participate in customer service functions/events to build strong relationships with clients including industry conferences, face to face and remotely.
This opportunity will require travel associated with client events/needs and a hybrid work model. The work location is São Paulo.
Skills and experience required:
IT Delivery Management; preferably in IT consulting firms
IT Account Management for Industrial, Logistics & Manufacturing Industry
English: Advanced or Fluent
Previous experience in global matrix companies, with a portfolio of multiple clients and internal stakeholders across different regions and time zones. Spanish fluency is a plus.
