- Dar suporte junto ao Gestor de Filial nos processos de compras de cacau.
- Garantir regularidade de documentações, tais como: contratos, procurações, termos de cacau, documentos de recepção, recibos e fundo fixo.
- Dar suporte na emissão de contratos de compra de amêndoas.
- Realizar lançamentos em sistema SAP e emitir relatórios.
- Atendimento ao cliente
- Atender as rotinas administrativas da filial.
- Atendimento aos requisitos solicitados por auditorias internas e externas.
- Formação em Administração de Empresas ou cursos afins
- Flexibilidade para viagens
- Desejável experiência em rotinas administrativas e de compras
- Habilidades de negociação
- Domínio no Pacote Office
- Residir em Altamira
