Role Summary:
Control costs and operations performed monthly in the industry based on budget. Generate reports of operational and managerial controls. Support in the elaboration and management of production indicators, to provide administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Carry out monthly closing to consolidate the costs (operation and inputs) made to present the board of directors.
• Daily monitoring of forestry operations through the Service Orders pointed out in the SGF to feed the monthly closing basis and generate payment process.
• Perform monthly control of fixed costs by comparing expected x performed, identify the deviations and together with the area manager and field staff analyze and make the necessary adjustments.
• Responsible for the creation of CR, registration of materials, follow-up of purchase order, creation and approval of registration sheet in SAP.
• Performing Interface with the Service Providers, ensuring that the operations performed are in agreement with the contract, as well as monitoring deadlines, yields and execution period.
• Interface with the support sectors of the company to report the field team and area manager, information related to the operation.
• Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company

Requirements:
Para ter sucesso nessa função, é recomendável que você tenha as seguintes habilidades e qualificações:

• Formação Superior Completa em Engenharia Florestal, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;
• Experiência na área florestal;
• Excel avançado e Power BI intermediário;
• Conhecimento em formação de florestas e atividades silviculturais;
• Desejável Inglês intermediário;
• Disponibilidade para mudança de local de trabalho.
